A two-day workshop on public speaking, decision-making and confidence building drew participants from across Fako division, many stepping into a facilitated leadership space for the first time.

Workshop Structure

Day one focused on communication fundamentals — structuring a message, managing nerves, and reading a room. Day two moved into practical decision-making frameworks and mock community leadership scenarios.
