This quarter, twenty-five women from across the Southwest Region completed our intensive 8-week web development training, gaining the practical skills to launch careers in the growing tech sector.

What the Training Covered

Participants learned HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, and were introduced to version control with Git. Sessions combined live coding, pair programming, and weekly project reviews.

Why It Matters

Women remain significantly underrepresented in Cameroon's tech workforce. Programs like this directly address that gap by removing cost and access barriers to quality technical education.
